MushCrossFit
MushCrossFit is another WooFDriver super creative concept! MushCrossFit is healthy physical and psychological enrichment for dogs that WooFDriver has pioneered to keep his dogs as fit and least injury prone as possible using breed specific familiar exercise techniques! WooFDriver rotates different variables to constantly keep his dogs challenged and engaged! From pulling to pushing, resistance to assistance, high stepping to climbing, running to trotting to walking! WooFDriver also rotates the areas they MushCrossFit from farmlands to cities, Bike trails to ATV/OHV trails, Beaches to Horse Race Tracks, Mountains to Waters Edge! WooFDriver MushCrossFit puts his dogs on a myriad of terrains from asphalt to stone roads, gravel to crushed stone, sand to snow, dirt to mud, grass to hay fields, and everything in between! Through MushCrossFit WooFDriver creates epic adventures for his dogs out of every step they make to every pant they take! You’ve NEVER seen anything like this! Just MUSH it!
Dogs like humans need exercise! But since Dogs can't for the most part exercise the same ways as humans we need to find ways that appeal to them and can benefit them! Working breeds are usually enticed with breed specific exercise and activities thats why for sled Dogs my MushCrossFit appeals to them as its a familiar type kind of exercise! but most of my MushCrossFit will appeal to a wide variety of breeds as they don't have to pull! DogFartleck - Speed & Sprint Training
Huskies can sprint off leash (not connected to a sled or bike) up to roughly 30 miles per hour. With DogMotoSports (tethered to the bike) I’ve clocked them at sprinting speeds of close to 20 miles per hour.
For speed and conditioning when weather conditions are right I run them 2 to 8 miles distance wise averaging speeds of 5 to 10 miles per hour with sprinting speeds of almost 20 miles per hour.
